Tantowi Yahya, President Director of PT Grand Outlet Bali, said in a written statement that the turnout was "not just about numbers, but proof that our big dream of building a space that unites nature, culture, and the people of Bali has finally been felt directly by many people, especially Balinese residents."
According to Tantowi, the strong public interest was driven by Sira Village's concept of offering an open-air shopping experience integrated with ocean views and various inclusive creative spaces. The opening festivities were marked by cultural performances, music stages, and an "Island Bazaar" featuring numerous micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM).
