New 4-Star Hotel Tribe Bali Legian Opens in Legian with Introductory Rates

A new hotel option has appeared in Legian, one of Bali's most popular tourist areas. Tribe Bali Legian, the second Indonesian property under Accor's Tribe brand, officially opened in August 2026 on Jalan Padma Utara, taking over the former Ibis Styles Legian location through renovation and rebranding.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes by car from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, though travel time varies with traffic and season. Its location keeps guests close to Legian's beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, and nightlife venues.

Of the 113 rooms, full refurbishment of rooms and facilities is targeted for completion by October 2026, meaning renovation work is ongoing alongside operations. According to the general manager, feedback from returning guests has been positive, with many curious about the changes since the property's Ibis Styles days.

The three-story building, which previously lacked an elevator, now has one installed to improve guest mobility between floors. New facilities include an all-day dining restaurant called Folk and Fare, a lobby bar, and a pool bar. Room types include twin, double, and pool-view options, as well as family rooms.

As part of the opening promotion, bookings made by October 31, 2026 for stays through March 31, 2027 are eligible for special rates starting from around IDR 1.3 million per room per night. The package includes a complimentary room upgrade, breakfast for two, a welcome drink, an IDR 100,000 credit usable for food, beverage, or spa services, and late check-out until 2 p.m. subject to availability.
