Legendary NY Steakhouse Wolfgang's Opens New Outlet in Bali's Petitenget
Wolfgang's Steakhouse, the legendary Manhattan-born restaurant, has opened its third Indonesian outlet at Parc Valle Petitenget in Bali. The fine-dining venue features 28-day dry-aged USDA Prime Beef, including its signature Porterhouse steak, targeting local residents, expats, and tourists.
Wolfgang's Steakhouse, the legendary restaurant originally from Park Avenue, Manhattan, has officially opened at Parc Valle Petitenget, an integrated lifestyle complex in Petitenget, Badung, Bali. This marks the brand's third outlet in Indonesia following two locations in Jakarta, and its first in Bali.
The opening was celebrated with traditional Balinese dance performances, a tumpeng (ceremonial rice) cutting ceremony, a ribbon-cutting, and a fireworks display. The signature dish is the Porterhouse, made from USDA Prime Beef dry-aged for 28 days in a temperature- and humidity-controlled room, then broiled bone-in at 800°C to create a caramelized crust while retaining a tender, juicy interior.
Located along Jalan Petitenget amid exclusive villas, five-star resorts, and boutique shops, the restaurant features mahogany wood paneling and dim lighting evoking a classic Manhattan atmosphere. Co-founders described the Bali opening as a strategic milestone reflecting the island's importance as a global lifestyle hub. The restaurant officially opened on Friday, August 21, 2026, serving local residents, expatriates, and domestic and international tourists.
