Ecoverse Opens in Nuanu Creative City, Tabanan: New Eco-Luxury Living Project with 25-Year Leasehold

Ecoverse, a residential development by NPG located within Nuanu Creative City in Tabanan, Bali, officially began operations on August 12, 2026, following a traditional Balinese Melaspas ceremony marking the completion of construction.

Built on a 7,260-square-meter site, the project comprises 51 units: 29 suites, six one- or two-bedroom apartments, and 16 townhouses with two to four bedrooms. All units are delivered fully furnished. The development incorporates smart home technology, rainwater harvesting, wastewater treatment, drinking water filtration, and waste management and recycling systems. Shared facilities include a 25-meter swimming pool, a fitness center, a restaurant, coworking space, and underground parking with EV charging stations, along with an electric buggy service connecting residents to other amenities within Nuanu Creative City.

Day-to-day operations are managed by OXO Hospitality Management, which handles maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, and both short- and long-term stay management. Owners can choose to occupy their units personally or enroll them in a professionally managed rental program.

Properties are offered under a 25-year leasehold scheme, which includes a structural warranty for the duration of the lease and priority rights to renew for an additional 30 years. Nightly rates start from IDR 1.3 million, with bookings available through platforms such as Agoda, Airbnb, Booking.com, and Tiket.com, as well as directly via OXO Living.

The developers cite figures showing Bali recorded approximately 6.95 million foreign tourist arrivals in 2025 (a 9.72% increase year-on-year) and around 9.3 million domestic visitors, positioning Ecoverse as part of a broader shift from simple property ownership toward managed, ecosystem-style living experiences.
