This raises the total loan facility ceiling to BBP from Rp5 billion to Rp27 billion.
BUVA Director Cindy Budijono stated that this affiliated-party transaction has no material impact on the company's operations, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity. BBP is classified as an integrated subsidiary, with BUVA holding 99.999% of its issued capital, and the two companies share overlapping board members, making this transaction subject to affiliated-transaction disclosure rules.
BUVA operates as a holding company for accommodation-related businesses in Bali and Bintan Island, overseeing seven subsidiaries as of the second quarter of 2026. Its largest subsidiary is PT Bukit Permai Properti in Bali, with total assets of Rp475.95 billion, followed by PT Bukit Lagoi Villa in Bintan (Rp142.52 billion) and BBP itself, the recipient of the new loan, with assets of Rp79.53 billion.
On the trading floor, BUVA shares closed flat at Rp720 on September 11, 2026, following a period of decline over the preceding trading days. Foreign investors recorded net selling of Rp1.41 billion on that day.
