Bali Villa Association Launches Official Website to Expand Market and Support Quality Tourism

The Bali Villa Association (BVA) has announced the launch of a new official website integrating information from its member villa businesses. Speaking at a press conference in Denpasar, BVA chairman Ismoyo S Soemarlan said, "This website is a new gateway to connectivity, collaboration, information, and market opportunities."

According to Soemarlan, the new platform allows business operators to reach a wider market more efficiently while making it easier for tourists to access accommodation information, which in turn is expected to support higher-quality tourism. The launch also serves as an opportunity to reaffirm the association's identity and direction.

Through the official website, the association aims to connect villa operators, government bodies, tourism stakeholders, local communities, and industry partners within a collaborative ecosystem. The organization says it will focus on strengthening collaboration, communication, professionalism, and business development opportunities within Bali's villa and tourism industry.

The association currently has around 70 member businesses, with a combined total of thousands of rooms spread across various tourist destinations in Bali.

According to data from the Bali Provincial Statistics Agency (BPS), foreign tourist arrivals in Bali reached 3.2 million in the first half of 2026, a 2.42% decrease compared to 3.28 million in the same period of 2025. Meanwhile, the occupancy rate for villas classified as non-star hotels and other accommodations reached 38.92% in June 2026, up 1.71 percentage points from May. The average length of stay for foreign tourists in these accommodations was 2.22 nights in June.
