Bali Interfood 2026 officially opened on September 2, 2026, at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) in Nusa Dua, Bali. Now in its seventh edition, the international exhibition organized by Krista Exhibitions Group runs for three days, from September 2 to 4.
The event brings together players from the food and beverage (F&B), hospitality, bakery, coffee, wine and spirits, and business technology sectors. A total of 110 exhibitors from eight countries are participating, including 35 small and micro enterprises (UMKM), with organizers expecting around 15,000 visitors over the three days.
Krista Exhibitions CEO Daud D. Salim said Bali holds a strategic position not only as a tourist destination but also as a growth center for the hospitality and culinary business in Indonesia, adding that the exhibition aims to connect local businesses and small enterprises with wider markets.
This year's edition runs alongside Bali Hotel & Tourism, Bali Coffee Expo, Bali Wine & Spirit, and Bakery Indonesia Expo 2026, creating a broader ecosystem covering raw materials, processing equipment, and packaging technology.
Highlights include the three-day Gelato World Cup Indonesian Selection competition and workshops, chef-led culinary demonstrations, and wine pairing sessions with coffee and chocolate. A panel discussion on food waste in the hospitality sector is also scheduled, reflecting the industry's growing focus on sustainability.
On the business side, a Business Matching Room connects hotel, restaurant, café, and bakery operators with suppliers, and a national professional certification (BNSP) program is offered for skills development.
